Los Angeles Rep. Jimmy Gomez plans to introduce a resolution to remove Georgia Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene from Congress following reports that she advocated violence against her political enemies on social media—in particular, “liking” the suggestion that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi be shot. The Democrat from California’s 34th Congressional District announced his intentions Wednesday, the day after CNN revealed disturbing lowlights from Green’s dark social media history, Politico reports.
