An L.A. based journalist detained by Israeli authorities has been released and is now back in the U.S. Emily Wilder was detained while reporting aboard a boat carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza. She was part of 145 passengers and crew detained there. L.A. Congressman Jimmy Gomez wrote a letter and worked with the State Department to secure Wilder's release.
